Kronos is a French brutal death metal band who so far released three albums and two demos and played hundreds of concerts across Europe. The original name is a reference to the titan Kronos, the father of Zeus in Greek mythology. A peculiarity of Kronos is the lyrics are mainly focused on myths and historical subjects like ancient Rome, ancient Greece, the barbarian kingdoms, Scandinavia, Egypt, etc.. 2001: Recording the first album Kronos after more than seven years of Titan's Awakening. Note that the first edition of this album was self-produced by the group itself. The group is then identified and obtained his first contract with the label Warpath Records (former Shockwave). A reissue of the album "Titan's Awakening" was released in late October of that year with a new cover provided by Deather (Angel Corpse, Gurkkhas, Vital Remains ..) and a full recovery graph.
