The Department of Justice has made victims to believe they could entrust the Church and for me as it means de facto that these revelations will be covered by a "privilege" like "seal of confession", such as that are subject physicians, psychologists, lawyers, etc .... If the victims wanted, and no one stopped it, they could [also] apply to the "Justice" (police, lawyer, attorney, ...). Even should it be that this administration called "justice" has the confidence of the people and the same interpretation of the word "justice" .... It seems clear that if people choose to address the Church, in full knowledge of the situation, not the "justice" that they had their reasons. This search - not to mention the methods, timing and beliefs of the judge ordering - seems to despise the choice of victims and privilege (the confession). The "justice" has clearly left to the Church in order to "kick-double (or triple with the fallout" advertising ") with the intention of walking away with all the subsequent search. They had the direct testimony that the "justice", and bingo they sweep the records of the Church in passing contemptuous victims and the secret of confession. If I was a victim who chooses to confide in the church only for the sake of discretion and confidentiality (and the case without judicial interest such as the perpetrator is deceased) I would take a relatively low roundup by the judge who would demand my money to tell me what he will decide to make my case it was forcibly taken to the commission. Who will dare to go to confide in a priest, a doctor or a lawyer ... if a single judge may decide to refer to where it wants and when he wants any records concerning the secrets of people??.
