All has been a pleasant surprise this film based on a manga (and novel) by Tatsuhiko Takimoto (Welcome To NHK) that tells the curious story of science fiction, action, romance and humor, two rootless young men, struggling against anguish and depression to seek their place in the world. A high school student Yosuke vague, which recently lost in a motorcycle accident to one of his best friends, one day, he meets a mysterious and beautiful girl named Eri. Eri every night fight with a demonic creature with an indestructible mountain bike. Both come together to fight this creature, emerging friendship between them. Although the film is shown with high doses of action and humor, which makes it a very light viewing, basically we have a deeper history, dark and realistic than it appears at first glance, and shows us these elements so typical and how well the Japanese know how to show in his works (and more especially in manga and anime) as the search and the meaning of life, yes (and this is typical) with a grand air. The creature is the connection between them, and you have to overcome to find themselves and cope with life. So this is a science fiction movie with a message, and much more, as well as diverse mix of genres, science fiction, action, drama, humor, and romance. Anquan the most predominant part of the action and humor, the romance, and one could say that this is a romantic film atypical increasingly unfolds the relationship between the two players after each fight, struggles that developed in suitable locations for a quote (an amusement park, aquarium, ...). The two main characters is performed in an outstanding manner by Megumi Seki and Hayato Ichihara, especially the latter, a boy of great talent and charisma that we have seen him previously.
