Microsoft Project is to have the number one tool when it comes, project management. It is the only tool that every project manager should have tricks in their bag, to ensure that their projects run on time and on budget. To really take advantage of the ability to effectively and efficiently to Microsoft Project, there are seven Essential MS Project Shortcut Keys that should know all the project manager. To use MS Office Project to its full potential, you really need to assign resources to tasks. To do this, you can assign resources to the dialog box with the MS Project press [Alt] + [F10].
