Tyler is the county seat of Smith County in East Texas, USA. The city is named for President John Tyler, who supported the admission of Texas into the United States strong. As of the census in 2000 the city had 83 650 inhabitants. The population consists of 61.92% White, 26.63% African American, 0.34% Native American, 0.96% Asian, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 8.46% other and 1.65% from two or more races. 15.82% of the population were Hispanic or Latino. The city's population is 26% of minors, 11.7% are aged 18-24 years, 26.9% aged 25-44 years, 20% 45-64 years old and 15 , 2% are over 65 years. The average age was 34 years. For every 100 females over 18 are 83 males. The average income per household was $ 34,163 and the median income for a family was $ 43.618. Males had a median income of $ 31,728, while women with an income of $ 22,397. The per capita income was $ 20,184. 16.8% of the population and 13.0% of families were below the poverty line. Following on from her role in the Tyler Rose breeding is the headquarters for Brookshire Grocery Company (website [1]), which Brookshire's and Super 1 Foods supermarkets in four states operate. The main distribution center of Brookshire Grocery Company is located in south Tyler, while producing South West Foods, a subsidiary of the dairy, in the northeast of the city. The custom-built, fully furnished house and the adjacent Dockhaus have a combined heating and cooling system in an area of approximately 600m ² (6,500 square feet). Tyler has the fastest growing economy in the area and one of the fastest growing in Texas. The Tyler Chamber of Commerce is located on the N. Broadway Avenue in Tyler and distributes an annual magazine called Images of Tyler [3]. Tyler Pounds Regional Airport offers flights to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport with American Eagle Airlines and after Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport with Colgan Air Continental. Tyler is adjacent to several highways. Interstate 20 proceeds north of the city and the U.S. Highway 69 runs in the north-south direction through the center. Similarly, the city has access to the U.S. Highway 271, the Texas State Highway 31, the Texas State Highway 155 and the Texas State Highway 110th The Texas State Highway Loop 323 was originally built in 1957 and bypassed the town, which extended further. The Texas State Highway Loop 49 will be a bypass for the city and is currently under construction.The first section was five miles on 17 August 2006 opened to traffic. Institutions of higher education in Tyler, the University of Texas at Tyler and the University of Texas Health Center, both part of the University of Texas System, Tyler Junior College and Texas College, an historic four-year college for blacks, which affiliated with the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church is. The overall primary and secondary education is for most of the Tyler Independent School (ISD) provided. It includes two high schools, the John Tyler and Robert E. Lee. Several Tyler ISD schools offer International Baccalaureate and Vorplatzierungsprogramme. Some parts of Tyler are served by surrounding school districts. These are located in the southeast of Tyler with the White House Independent School District and the east, with the Chapel Hill Independent School District. ..
